What does Pompano Beach require in a short term rental?
Pompano Beach Code § 153.26 requires a permitted short term rental to post an information sheet with the local designated representative's contact details, the maximum occupancy, a noise statement, a parking sketch, trash days, the nearest hospital and the police non-emergency number. It also requires a posted noise notice and an evacuation plan for every renter. The City's handouts don't list these, but the code does.
